Church Distinctives

Family-Integrated

Our meeting is not age-segregated as we believe the Bible teaches that all ages should be worshipping God together. We are sensitive to age-appropriate needs and if needed, children can roam freely, or can be taken outside/to another room.

Psalm-Singing

Our church is a Psalm-singing church (also known as Exclusive Psalmody). We believe that God has given us His songs to worship Him. And we love being able to sing Scripture!

Reverent, Biblical Worship

Our worship is reverent (and joyful), which is particularly important in a day where many churches approach God flippantly and casually. We also worship God according to the Regulative Principle of Worship - which means that we worship God how He commands, and we don’t add anything to that!

Loving Fellowship

We strive to have warm, loving fellowship, where we seek to encourage each other and practice the “one anothers” of the New Testament.

Deep Preaching

In a day of superficial preaching, our church seeks to have preaching that is deep but clear; teaching sound doctrine and applying it to all of the Christian life.

The Importance of Parents

We believe that God has called parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their children, and that God has given fathers a commission to lead their homes, including practicing regular family worship.
